How to submit a ticket via the FreshService portal
Here is a link to Pinnacle Group’s helpdesk portal: Https://pinnacle1.freshservice.com
This portal is where you can:
- Submit support and service requests
- Access knowledgebase articles for technical support
- Read IT newsletters
You will need to select “Log in” at the top right of the webpage then “Sign in with SSO” and login with your Pinnacle Username and password.
In case you need to urgently speak with someone, you can call 214-640-2209 Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM CST.
