How to Restart your Cloud PC
If you experience bugs or other software/service misbehaviors while on your Cloud PC, a good first step is to restart your Cloud PC. This article will show you how to do so.
- On the browser of your choice, navigate to: https://windows365.microsoft.com
- Sign in with your current Pinnacle Username and password
- At the next page, click the “gear icon” on your Pinnacle Cloud PC and select the Restart button
- Please allow up to 10 minutes for your Cloud PC to restart.
- Reconnect to your Cloud PC to verify it is back online.
